The story is about a small girl who is neglected by her parents, her self realization that she is incredibly gifted and her decision to teach the grown-ups a lesson is fantastically weaved by the director. The music and the songs are loaded with fun where Tim Minchin manages to inject his humour without the rudeness. It is a brilliant production, which will appeal to all ages. The acting of the whole cast was excellent, particularly the little girl who played the role of Matilda and the guy who played Miss Trunchbull. It is a must watch play.
