Viva Forever! – The Spice Girls Musical – has been announced and will feature many of the popular songs by the girl-power band. Written by Jennifer Saunders, produced by Judy Craymer (Mamma Mia!), directed by Paul Garrington (also Mamma Mia!) – the show has all the credentials to be a big hit.
The story follows a young girl (Viva!) who gains fame in a band via a reality TV show who must then decide whether to follow a solo career or stay with her band mates and friends.
The show will follow Ghost – The musical into the Piccadilly Theatre with previews from November and opening in time for Christmas. We will have more details and a show listing when it’s ready.
